2009 Reunion: Save the Date!

RE: Ten-Year Reunion Date and Location Announced

Date: November 1, 2008

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Please plan to attend our very first class reunion on Saturday, June 6th 2009, to be held at the Courtyard Marriott in Junction City, Kansas from 6:30pm to 11:30pm for dinner, dance and entertainment.

We cordially invite all members of the JCHS Class of 1999 and their guests.

This is an event in honor of the entire Senior Class of 1999. Come reminisce with us, share your recent adventures, restart old friendships, and make new connections. This event is for each of us, and all of us at the same time.

Ticket prices will be announced soon and should be available for purchase beginning February 15th, 2009.

The ticket price will include: Admission to the reunion, dinner entree with beverage, DJ entertainment, and access to a cash bar. Ticket prices have been set at an amount that covers the total cost of the reunion; there is no mark up for profit. Please order your tickets as early as possible, as the price is subject to increase as the event date nears.

The location, date, and program of events was heavily influenced by your responses from the survey which was available on the jchs99 website since May of this year. Please know that these decisions were made in the interest of accommodating the largest percentage of alumni possible. We are committed to providing an opportunity that encourages as many of our classmates to attend as is possible!

Please Help Make This Reunion A Success!

Now that we have a date, we need HELP with FUND RAISING and EVENT PLANNING:

Every event needs some seed money to get the ball rolling, and our reunion is no exception!!

We need help from YOU to do this. Please contact the Director of Communications, Jessica Opat, if you are willing to volunteer your efforts, time or resources.

Spread the word! Let your fellow classmates know about the reunion. Encourage them to register their contact information. And buy tickets!

A Few Reminders:
It is important that we are able to communicate with all class members as the event draws nearer, and this website will be the primary means of doing so. PLEASE CHECK BACK OFTEN.

We will continue to collect contact information from each graduate in order to generate a database which serves as a tool for communication and ticket sales. This information is kept confidential, and please be advised of the following:

The JCHS Class of 1999 is currently NOT affiliated with any third party reunion vendors (ex: 1-800-reunion, classmates.com, reunions.com, etc.). Therefore, if you receive mail, phone calls, or email from these businesses asking for your contact information it is unsolicited. Class Officers and Volunteers will contact you directly for this information, or you will be able to securely submit it through the official class website. Protecting the rights and privacy of our classmates is a high priority and any information you submit to us shall never be made public without your direct written consent.
